This event would not be possible without the help of amazing volunteers who believe in our mission and show up to support our girls. Over 100 volunteers are needed to put on our best 5K yet! Whatever your special skills and talents, we have a role for everyone.

Course Marshal (9:00-11:30am)

Stand along the course at major intersections and areas of high concentration to cheer on the participants and ensure safety. (Kid friendly)

Clean-Up Crew (9:00am-12:00pm)

Trash patrol! Walk the course and help to tidy up the grounds by picking up discarded trash and emptying full trash bins. This would be a great opportunity for a group or club that would like to earn volunteer hours.

4-6 EMT or First Aid professionals are needed to respond to injuries and emergency situations. Please apply and include your professional role or certification.

Set up and hand out post-race water and snacks. (Older-kid-friendly)

Float Volunteer (8:00am-12:30pm)

Parking Team (Pre-Race 7:30-10:00am) (Post-Race 10:00am-12:30pm)

Help the PIR staff to flag the cars in and/or out of the parking lot. Choose to help during one shift or both.

For all those early birds! Come help move and set up the tables, tents, and gear required to make the day successful. Heavy lifting will be involved.
